Swanmac is pleased to be supporting Zedwell's new capsule hotel at Piccadilly Circus, the world's largest capsule hotel.  With a name that plays on the term for sleep,  ‘zzzz’s’, it offers almost 1,000 sleep-focused pods across five floors within the London Pavilion.

Housed in a Grade II-listed building dating back to 1859, the project is a striking blend of adaptive reuse and contemporary, minimalist design, transforming a piece of London heritage into an affordable, functional stay in the heart of one of the city's busiest locations. 

It builds on the success of Zedwell's first Piccadilly Circus hotel, which opened in 2020, extending the brand's sleep-focused concept to a larger scale while keeping the same commitment to calm, considered design throughout.

Every element of a Zedwell stay is built around rest, from soundproofing to ambient lighting and total blackout, giving guests a genuine escape from the buzz of the city outside.

Swanmac will deliver a full window treatment package across the development, supplying and installing voile curtains and radio operated blackout roller blinds to all windows. Our installation will:
