Union T2 in Manchester will provide 372 brand-new mixed-use riverside apartments.  Sitting over 36-storeys T2 is the second of two developments designed around the wants and needs of young city-dwelling professionals and key workers.  Some apartments will be marked as affordable living and priced below market rental prices.

Residents will be able to live with and meet like-minded peers at events and in communal spaces offered by the development. Amenities, including a gym, lounge, co-working space and private dining rooms will also be available.

The two buildings will provide 151 co-live four-beds, 214 co-live three-beds, 30 co-live two-beds and 242 studio apartments. Each apartment offers a large kitchen-diner, designed to bring residents together.

#TeamSwanmac has been appointed to supply and install curtains and tracks in the second of these buildings.  All curtains are fire-retardant and available in a range of fabrics, styles, and colours. They also provide a flexible décor and shading solution for build-to-rent properties.
